Job Description: We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic advisor to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of blinds and shutters, along with the practical skills to install them. As a Harmony advisor, you will be responsible for meeting with customers, understanding their needs, providing expert advice, and managing and executing the installation process. This role requires excellent customer-facing skills, a reliable vehicle, a full UK driving licence, and proficiency with the necessary tools. Join our team as a local advisor and be your own boss.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct in-home consultations to understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.

Measure windows accurately and provide quotes for custom orders.
Manage the installation process, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, always providing exceptional service.
Stay updated with the latest trends and products in the industry.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience in the blinds and shutters industry is desirable, but not essential, as full training will be provided to start and as an ongoing process.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
Proficiency with tools and equipment required for installation.
Own a reliable vehicle and hold a full UK driving licence.
